Other one-bedrooms started between $1,434 and $1,596. Two-bedrooms started at $1,977 for the B6 and went to $2,332 for the B7. Apartment: central air conditioning, a washer and dryer in every home, a stainless steel GE appliance package with French door refrigerator, granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinetry, oversized closets with wood shelving and two interior color schemes. Oversized balconies or patios, large islands, dry bars, dual vanities and frameless glass showers are only in select homes.
