Lenox Heights lists a base rent for each available home, and its “Total Monthly Leasing Price” adds the required fixed fees. On Oct 4, 2026, the lowest base rent was $1,817 for a one-bedroom (A1, 629 sq ft) and $2,812 for a two-bedroom, two-bath (B3, 1,199 sq ft). The leasing tool showed only a 12-month term, and I saw no studios.
Required fixed fees were $80 a month: a $45 amenity fee, $30 valet waste and a $5 pest control fee. Utilities are not priced on the pages I read. The site banner reads “Move to Lenox Heights. Save $1000” and says you receive $1,000 off your first full month of rent; the site does not list conditions, so ask the office.

Apartment: quartz countertops, 42-inch cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, a French door fridge, farmhouse-style sinks, wood-style vinyl flooring, ceiling fans, smart locks and thermostats, spacious closets and full-size washers and dryers. Select homes add garden bathtubs, walk-in showers with benches, kitchen islands, double vanities, private desks, wet bars with wine fridges, and private yards or balconies.
