Westgrove lists a base rent for each available home, and its “Total Monthly Leasing Price” adds the required fixed fees. On Oct 4, 2026, the lowest base rent was $1,326 for a studio (S1, 480 sq ft), $1,725 for a one-bedroom (plan A, 612 sq ft), $2,780 for a two-bedroom, two-bath (B1, 1,178 sq ft) and $4,215 for a three-bedroom (C1, 1,582 sq ft). The leasing tool showed only a 12-month term.
Required fixed fees were $88 a month: a $45 community amenity fee, $35 doorstep trash, a $5 pest control fee and a $3 trash administrative fee. Electric and water/sewer are usage-based on top of that. I did not find a rent special on the pages I read.

Community: a resort-style pool with cabanas, a rooftop sky deck, a fitness center, coworking spaces, a resident lounge, outdoor grilling areas, courtyards, package delivery areas, a dog park and an indoor pet wash station.
Apartment: stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring, in-home washers and dryers and walk-in closets. Select homes add private patios with yards on ground-level homes or private balconies on upper levels.
