The property’s leasing tool listed 20 available homes on Oct 3, 2026. The 728 sq ft A0 one-bedroom started at $1,165 base rent and the A1 at $1,215, while the 1,132 sq ft B2.2 two-bedroom started at $1,669. The 1,509 sq ft C1 three-bedroom was $2,245. Townhomes ran from $2,015 for the TH1 up to $3,878 for the 2,963 sq ft TH5.
The site’s quoted monthly total adds $113 a month to every plan. That matches the itemized required fees in its leasing tool: cable and internet $65, amenity fee $20, doorstep trash $17, pest control $5, and $3 each for trash admin and stormwater admin. Electric, water and sewer are usage-based and extra. I did not find a special on the pages I read.

Community: a resort-style pool with a tanning ledge, shaded poolside cabanas, ambient water vapor fire features, a co-working lounge with private meeting rooms and printing, a cold brew coffee bar, a fitness center and yoga lawn, a media and game lounge, gas grilling stations, a pet park, an EV charging station, indoor air-conditioned corridors and elevators, and nearby MetroRail access.
Apartment: stand-alone showers and soaking tubs, quartz kitchen countertops, tile backsplashes, Whirlpool ENERGY STAR stainless appliances, front-load washers and dryers, oak-look flooring, 10 to 11 foot ceilings, oversized cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting and undermount sinks. Patios and private yards, attached garages, mud benches and a built-in wine fridge are in select homes only.
