Which Houston apartments list penthouses? (checked Oct 6, 2026)
| Community | Penthouse listing, as the property words it | Size, price or extras listed |
|---|---|---|
| Luminary Residences (website) | “One & Two-Story Penthouse Apartments”; plans PH1 to PH8 | PH2 (2 bed, 1,494 sq ft) “$3,702 – $3,732 /mo*”; PH8 (3 bed, 2,861 sq ft) “$7,576 – $7,606 /mo*” total monthly price on a 17-month lease |
| One Park Place (website) | “Our penthouses pair soaring 14-foot ceilings and private terraces” | Penthouse 3 “3,152 Sq. Ft. With Three Terraces”; Penthouse 4.1 “Our Largest Penthouse At 3,524 Sq. Ft.”; no price shown |
| The Driscoll at River Oaks (website) | “two- and three-bedroom penthouse homes” | “only five penthouse floor plans”; “Each penthouse features a private terrace” |
| Hanover Buffalo Bayou (website) | “Penthouse collection featuring elevated three-bedroom homes” | The same line lists “gas ranges” |
| Allure Hermann Park (website) | “Two and Four Bedroom Penthouse Homes Available” | Also lists “Floor-to-Ceiling Windows with Panoramic City Views” |
| Aspire Post Oak (website) | Penthouses page with “12-foot ceilings” | “premier access to the penthouse Horizon Room” |
| Hanover Post Oak (website) | “Carefully considered penthouses” | Studio, 1- and 2-bedroom plans; no penthouse price shown |
| Hanover Montrose (website) | “Modern two and three bedroom penthouse residences” | The same page mentions “iconic panoramic views of the city skyline” |
| Pearl Washington (website) | “Upgraded Penthouse Units Available*” | The asterisk marks it as select units |
Only Luminary Residences showed live penthouse prices on Oct 6, 2026; the others list penthouses without a price, so ask the leasing office for a quote. Luminary’s figures are “total monthly leasing price” ranges for a 17-month lease, and the page lists base rent separately (for example $3,606 base rent for PH2). Penthouse inventory is small, often one or two homes per plan, so availability changes quickly.

How much does a penthouse apartment cost in Houston?
On the pages I read, only Luminary Residences listed prices: $3,702 to $3,732 a month for the two-bedroom PH2 and $7,576 to $7,606 for the three-bedroom PH8, both total monthly prices on a 17-month lease as of Oct 6, 2026. One Park Place, The Driscoll, Hanover Buffalo Bayou, Allure Hermann Park, Aspire Post Oak, Hanover Post Oak, Hanover Montrose and Pearl Washington did not show a penthouse price, so the only reliable number is a written quote.
Which Houston penthouses list a private terrace?
One Park Place says its penthouses pair 14-foot ceilings with private terraces, and its Penthouse 3 lists three terraces over Discovery Green Park. The Driscoll at River Oaks says each penthouse features a private terrace.
