The property’s leasing tool listed 18 available homes on Oct 3, 2026, mostly one-bedrooms. The 569 sq ft A0.1a started at $1,577 base rent and the 597 sq ft A0 was $1,728. Mid-size one-bedrooms of 679 to 739 sq ft ran from $2,051 to $2,284, and the largest 925 sq ft A11 was $3,048. The only two-bedrooms available were the 1,083 sq ft B2 at $3,173 and the 1,211 sq ft B5 at $3,380. Quotes were on 16-month terms.
The site’s quoted monthly total adds $112 a month to every plan. That matches the itemized required fees in its leasing tool: amenity fee $35, valet trash $30, DWP $15, parking fee $15, pest control $5, and $3 each for governmental services admin, pest control admin, stormwater admin and trash admin. Electric, water and sewer are usage-based and extra. I did not find a special on the pages I read.

Community: a Sky Lounge with views of downtown Austin, a Wi-Fi cafe with a serving bar and TV gallery, a resort-style pool with tanning areas, grilling areas, an outdoor lounge with a fireplace, a Technogym fitness center, a pet park, controlled access, elevators, a multi-level parking garage, a business center, a bike storage room, a package locker system, on-site dry cleaning, concierge services and two furnished guest suites.
Apartment: stainless steel Energy Star appliances, granite countertops with a backsplash, hand-scraped hardwood floors, 9-foot ceilings, wood blinds, a private balcony, ceiling fans, an undermount sink, a side-by-side refrigerator, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher. Washer and dryer connections, a soaking tub, a built-in desk and wine rack, a pass-through laundry and an island kitchen are in select homes only.
