Apartment: no neighbors above or below, an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops, ceramic tile backsplashes, wood-style flooring, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, USB outlets and Google Nest thermostats. One- and two-car garages, fenced yards and separate studies are in select homes only.
