Ashwood’s floor plans page showed total monthly leasing prices of $1,285 for the A1 one-bedroom (661 square feet, base rent $1,195) and $1,310 for the A2 one-bedroom (786 square feet, base rent $1,220) on Oct 3, 2026. The site says it has more than a dozen one-, two- and three-bedroom plans and offers a Move-In Cost Calculator, but the rest of the plan list did not display for me, so I am not quoting those rents. A site banner reads “UP TO 6 WEEKS FREE & 0 DEPOSIT.” It gives no dates, lease lengths or unit list, so ask the office which homes qualify before counting on it.

It shows only A1 and A2 in a preview, while the site says it has more than a dozen plans, so I am not quoting two- or three-bedroom prices. The site says prices are based on varying lease terms and exclude non-optional fees beyond those in the total. The $90 difference between total and base rent is my subtraction and is not itemized.
