Community: A negative-edge pool with a sundeck, a star deck with panoramic downtown views, two business centers, a Precor-equipped fitness center, a yoga and mat Pilates room, two outdoor kitchens with grilling stations, on-demand concierge service, reserved space in a parking garage, trail access and access to the Texas Rowing Center.
Apartment: 10-foot ceilings, private balconies, glass tile backsplashes, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen and bath counters, wood-style floors with sound dampening, oval soaking garden tubs, tiled bath floors, oversized windows and a washer and dryer. Kitchen islands and walk-in showers are in select homes. The community is smoke free.
