How much does Cole Apartments cost? (checked Oct 3, 2026)

Cole Apartments’ floor plans page listed 18 plans on Oct 3, 2026, and 16 were marked fully leased. The two plans with a home listed were both two-bedroom, two-bath apartments: Lavaca (home #225, 1,240 sq ft, second floor) starting at $3,066 and Pecos (home #209, 1,362 sq ft, second floor) starting at $3,256, both available Oct 16 with a $500 deposit.

Because only two homes were listed, I can’t give you a studio, one-bedroom or three-bedroom price. The site did not list a special, and it does not publish an application fee, administrative fee or monthly fixed fees, so ask the office for the full cost before you apply.

Source: Cole Apartments’ own floor plans page and the Lavaca and Pecos plan pages, Oct 3, 2026. Availability changes quickly, so ask the office about upcoming openings on the fully leased plans.
