Community: an elevated pool deck overlooking heritage trees, a 24-hour fitness center, a Zen studio, two clubrooms, a business center, a skyline terrace with downtown views, courtyards, grilling stations and outdoor lounges, a bark park, a pet spa, EV charging stations, automated package lockers, PrintWithMe services and Bilt rewards.
Apartment: luxury vinyl wood-style plank flooring, quartz countertops, a porcelain bamboo backsplash, stainless steel appliances, Nest thermostats, walk-in closets and a washer and dryer in every home. Built-in Sonos speakers are in select homes, and many homes have a balcony or private patio.
