The community is a controlled-access gated community, and the site describes the apartments as modern renovations.
Apartment: gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring, oversized closets, oversized windows, modern open-concept floor plans and a washer and dryer. Balconies or patios with outside storage, granite or quartz countertops, spa-inspired bathrooms with dual vanities, garden tubs and walk-in showers, carpeted bedrooms and attached garages are in select homes only.
