Panorama Villas’ leasing page listed ten plans on Oct 3, 2026, with 24 homes shown as available. The 704 sq ft A1 one-bedroom started at $1,155 and the 807 sq ft A2 at $1,300. The 1,056 sq ft B1 two-bedroom started at $1,430 and the 1,327 sq ft C1 three-bedroom at $1,995.
The leasing page put a Specials tag on seven plans (A1, A2a, A3, B1, B2a, B3 and C1) but did not say what the special is. The site’s floor plans page says it features all-in pricing, so ask the office whether the rent shown already includes mandatory monthly charges.

Community: a clubhouse, a business center with Google Fiber, controlled access, covered parking, a 24-hour fitness center, a laundry room, a resort-style pool, a putting green, two pet parks with a pet wash, outdoor seating areas, nature trails and valet trash pick-up five nights a week.
Apartment: vaulted ceilings, a patio or balcony with Hill Country views, garden-style tubs, large pantries and a dishwasher, ceiling fans and full-size washer and dryer connections. Stainless steel appliances, storage closets, pantries and washer and dryer rental are in select homes only.
