Community: A resort-style pool with a sun deck, lounge seating and an outdoor kitchen, a 24/7 fitness center with a stair stepper, free weights and indoor spin bikes, a multi-level clubroom with Wi-Fi, a private conference room and computer work stations, a resident party room with a TV and kitchen, an outdoor grilling area, 6 miles of private hiking trails, a dog park, detached garages and limited access gates. The site describes a 23-acre Hill Country setting.
Apartment: 9-foot ceilings with crown molding, faux-wood plank flooring, granite or stone countertops with tile backsplashes, GE stainless steel appliances, a granite breakfast bar, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, oversized walk-in closets, garden tubs with tub-to-ceiling tile, custom built-in desks and oversized patios or private fenced yards in select homes.
