Two-bedrooms ran from $1,600 for the 1,024 sq ft Lavaca to $1,935 for the 1,267 sq ft Medina. I did not see a three-bedroom.

Community: a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool, a poolside deck with gas grills, a walking trail, a nature park, five picnic areas with greenbelt views, a sand volleyball court, a dog park, a pet spa, covered parking, valet trash service and on-site maintenance. The community is gated, and residents get a South Austin Collection gym pass.
Apartment: a washer and dryer in the home, oversized closets, garden tubs, a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, ceiling fans, solar screens and two-inch blinds, 9 ft ceilings and the site lists internet and cable TV in its apartment amenities. Wood-style plank flooring, granite countertops, private patios or balconies, fenced backyards, direct access garages and fireplaces are in select homes only.
