The page’s total monthly price adds a flat $61 on top of base rent for every plan.
I did not find a move-in special on the pages I read. The site’s FAQ says lease terms run from 6 to 15 months, and the prices above are for the 14- and 15-month terms the page shows. Ask the office whether any offer applies to the home you want.
