Apartment: an in-suite LG washer and dryer, covered porches or patios, garages, private fenced yards, smart home keypad access, an LG stainless steel appliance package, a Ring doorbell and an app-controlled Honeywell thermostat. Two finish schemes use quartz countertops, matte black hardware, glossy white tile backsplashes and LED backlit bathroom mirrors.
