Two leasing communities name the Fort Worth Stockyards on their own websites as of Oct 2, 2026: The Union at Stockyards at 601 Stockyards Blvd and Shelby at Northside at 1852 E Northside Dr. The Union lists studio to two-bedroom homes; Shelby lists studio to three-bedroom homes. A third project, The Exchange, is under construction.

These are the only two leasing communities I found whose own sites name the Stockyards. Other Fort Worth apartments sit on the North Side or near downtown without using the name, and I did not count them. The Union’s prices come from its floor-plan page on Oct 2, 2026 and shift with availability; the Shelby site says its prices shown are base rent only, with fees added separately. The Exchange Apartments, a 296-home mixed-income project at North Main Street and 29th Street, broke ground in July 2026 per its developer’s announcement, so it is not leasing.
