How much does Cortland North Haven cost? (checked Oct 4, 2026)
Cortland’s page for North Haven shows each plan with a “Starting at” price that includes fixed monthly fees and a separate base rent, marked current as of 8:30 PM CDT on Oct 3, 2026. For one-bedrooms, BlackHorse started at $1,506 (base rent $1,437), Coles Crossing at $1,606 (base $1,537) and Bridgeland at $1,686 (base $1,617). Two-bedrooms started at $1,924 for Cypress Mill (base $1,855), $2,024 for Fairfield (base $1,955) and $2,124 for Riata (base $2,055). Three-bedrooms started at $2,158 for Towne Lake (base $2,089) and $2,318 for Stonegate (base $2,249). The Miramesa two-bedroom was unavailable.
Subtracting base rent from the including-fees price gives $69 a month on every plan, which the page does not itemize. Cortland’s SightMap tool, which I checked Oct 4, listed 31 homes, all quoted on an 18-month term. It showed one Bridgeland home at $1,387 base rent, below the $1,617 on the page, so unit-level rents can differ from the plan-level starting price. Ask the office for the rent and term on the exact home.
