Greystar’s page says the prices shown are total monthly leasing prices, which include base rent and mandatory monthly costs. Each home’s price also changes with the lease term and move-in date you pick.
I did not find a move-in special on the page. Studios and three-bedrooms were not available on the page that day.

Community: a contemporary craftsman clubhouse, an entertaining living room and patio, an infinity-edge pool with a wading lounge, poolside grilling stations, an urban dog park, billiards and TV areas, a 24-hour fitness center, landscaped courtyards, a business center, controlled access and direct-level garage parking.
Apartment: stainless steel appliances, wood-look vinyl plank flooring, subway tile backsplashes, track lighting in the kitchen and dining area, spacious closets, open floor plans, in-home washer and dryer, and balconies in most homes. Island kitchens are in select homes and private fenced yards are in some homes.
