Apartment: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, a balcony, a refrigerator, a washer and dryer hookup, an alarm system, and air conditioning and heat. The site also mentions fireplaces and walk-in closets in its apartment homes. A white cabinet upgrade is $25 a month.
