On Oct 4, 2026, the floor plans page showed one starting price per plan: $1,348 for the 562 sq ft Parkhurst studio, $1,443 for the 727 sq ft Cristiano one-bedroom, $1,730 for the 1,073 sq ft Beckham two-bedroom and $1,996 for the 1,281 sq ft Summerlin three-bedroom. The page showed no price ranges.
A site banner advertises ‘Limited-Time Reduced Rates’ for new residents on select units, with terms and conditions.
