Sonora’s floor plans page showed rent for available homes on Oct 2, 2026, with both base rent and a “Total Monthly Leasing Price” that adds the mandatory monthly fees. Apartment (Residences) base rent ran from $1,180 to $1,295 for a 608 sq ft plan, $1,385 to $1,585 for a 720 sq ft one-bedroom, and $1,695 for an 820 sq ft plan. Two-bedroom, two-bath apartments showed $1,935 to $2,155 across several plans. Townhomes (The Row, three-bedroom, 2.5-bath) ranged from $2,685 to $3,035, and the detached houses (The Villas) from $2,995 to $3,581. Community: two resort-inspired pools with sundecks, a fitness center, a resident clubhouse lounge, the Golden Hour Cafe and Wine Bar, 4.5 acres of parkland, 7 miles of trails around the community, pet-friendly green spaces, bike storage for The Residences, covered parking, gated controlled access and resident events.
Apartment: chef-inspired kitchens with quartz countertops and backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, hardwood-style flooring and open-concept layouts. Select homes add dual shower heads and oversized showers, 10 to 12-foot ceilings, spacious closets, entryway mud benches, outdoor living spaces and attached garages. Homes are unfurnished.
