Reveal 54 lists full-size washer/dryer connections in every home, which means hookups rather than machines, and Somerset Townhomes lists washer and dryer connections, so confirm what is provided.

Ask the leasing office to confirm in writing, for your exact unit, whether the washer and dryer are provided or only connected, whether they are full size, and whether there is a rental or appliance fee. Floor plans in the same building can differ.
