Four list another route: The Grassdale at Manor says no deposit with approved credit, Hillside on Parmer advertises $0 deposit with approved credit, MAA Windmill Hill offers a half-price non-refundable fee, and Mueller Flats may use JETTY if approved with conditions.

“Not captured” means the page I read did not show it, not that it is zero. A “no deposit with approved credit” offer usually depends on your screening result, so ask what the deposit would be if you do not qualify. A fee-based alternative such as MAA’s sMAArt Savings is not refunded at move-out. Hillside on Parmer’s offer says restrictions may apply, so get the terms in writing before you apply. Mueller Flats says application fees are non-refundable and a security deposit is returned if you are turned down.

How do I decide between a deposit and an alternative?
Compare the refundable deposit with the alternative’s cost. At MAA Windmill Hill, a half-price alternative saves cash up front but the fee is gone for good, while a refundable $300 deposit comes back if you leave the apartment in good condition. Ask for the refund rules in writing, including timing and which charges can be deducted.
