By Alexander Concepcion, Taco Street Locating. Checked Oct 2, 2026 against each property’s own website (linked in the table).
At ten Dallas-area communities checked on Oct 2, 2026, parking prices ranged from $15 a month for a first unreserved space at Hanover Turtle Creek to $500 a month for a private garage at East Quarter. Reserved spaces were listed at $35 to $155 a month, and several buildings list parking as optional.
What does Dallas apartment parking cost? (checked Oct 2, 2026)
| Community | Parking as the property lists it | Price listed | Listed as optional or required |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hanover Turtle Creek (amenities) | Unreserved spaces, up to two per apartment, plus reserved and EV parking | $15 a month for the first unreserved space; $100 a month for the second; reserved and EV parking cost extra, amount not given | Fees subject to change; spaces subject to availability |
| Hyde Park McKinney (fees), McKinney | Reserved garage parking in a rentable-items list | $35 a month | Listed under optional monthly rentable items |
| Glass House (Windsor page) | Options vary by space type and location | “Monthly parking starts at: $50” | Listed under optional costs |
| AMLI Grapevine (AMLI page), Grapevine | Reserved parking | $50 a month | Optional |
| The Katy (FAQ) | A parking fee in the monthly recurring fees; reserved parking options are separate | $50 a month parking fee; reserved options start at $100 a month | Parking fee is listed among recurring fees |
| SkyHouse (FAQ) | One unreserved space per leaseholder, in front of the building or in the garage; reserved spaces and guest parking available | Reserved spaces $55 to $155 a month | Reserved spaces are an add-on |
| The National Residences (site) | Parking fee in the personalized add-ons | $75 to $150 a month | Optional |
| Main 3 (fees) | “Monthly Resident Parking Permit” in the fee list | $100 a month; the same list shows a $40 gate card and a $16 amenity fee | The fee list does not say whether it is optional, so ask |
| East Quarter (site) | Reserved parking space or a private garage | $100 a month per reserved spot; $500 a month for a private garage | Both optional |
| Jefferson North Ranch (site), McKinney | Tuck-under garages | $200 a month | Optional |
Prices are as listed on the property’s own page on Oct 2, 2026 and can change. “Optional” means the page labels the fee optional; a building can still have limited unreserved parking, so ask whether a space comes with the lease. I left out Dallas Love Field distance and any airport comparisons because none of these pages gives a parking-to-airport figure. Hanover Turtle Creek is the only listing here with a tiered price, where a second unreserved space costs more than the first.

What should I ask before I choose a Dallas building for parking?
Ask whether one space is included or billed, whether a second car costs more, how reserved and unreserved spaces differ, how guests park, and whether EV charging has its own fee. Also ask how tall the garage clearance is if you drive a taller vehicle, and whether a gate card or fob is charged separately, as Main 3 lists.
Frequently asked questions
How much is a reserved parking space at a Dallas apartment?
On Oct 2, 2026, listed reserved or garage prices ran $35 a month at Hyde Park McKinney, $50 at AMLI Grapevine, $55 to $155 at SkyHouse, $100 at East Quarter and The Katy (reserved options start there), and $200 for a tuck-under garage at Jefferson North Ranch.
Is parking included in rent at Dallas apartments?
Not in the listings I read. Every building on this page lists a parking fee, permit or optional charge. SkyHouse says one unreserved space comes with each leaseholder, so ask each office what the lease includes.
How much is a private garage in Dallas?
East Quarter lists a private garage at $500 a month, and Jefferson North Ranch lists a tuck-under garage at $200 a month. Both are optional.
Do Dallas apartments charge for a second parking space?
Hanover Turtle Creek does: $15 for the first unreserved space and $100 for the second, with a maximum of two per apartment. Others did not state a second-space price.
Is there guest parking?
SkyHouse says guest parking is available. The other pages I read did not say, so ask how visitors park.
Does Taco Street Locating charge for helping me compare parking costs?
No. The service is free for renters. Apartment communities pay us, so it does not change your lease or your specials. I’m Alexander Concepcion, and I’ll be your point of contact.
