Two-bedrooms started at $3,812 (924 sq ft), $4,644 (922 sq ft, in the Lofts above the Thompson) and $5,005 (1,285 sq ft, two bath). Residents also get access to hotel-side dining and bars, including the tommie coffee bar, Fifth Street Diner, The Royale Room and the Arriba Abajo rooftop cantina.
