AMLI South Shore’s floor plans page shows a Total Monthly Price and a base rent for each plan with units available. On Oct 3, 2026, the total was $2.50 above base rent on every priced plan, which matches the required trash admin fee in the fee list. The lowest listed studio was the E2 at $1,970 base rent (631 sq ft), the lowest one-bedroom was the A3 at $1,956 (714 sq ft) and the lowest two-bedroom was the C4 at $2,463 (1,067 sq ft). The community also offers 23 studios through the City of Austin’s S.M.A.R.T. Housing Program, which is an income-based affordable program with its own qualification rules; I am not covering those here. I found no current move-in special on the pages I read, so ask the office what is running.

Apartment: gourmet kitchens with stainless steel ENERGY STAR appliances, quartz countertops with waterfall edges, soft-close cabinets and drawers, deep undermount sinks with pull-down sprayers, quartz and ceramic tile backsplashes, wood-style flooring, ceiling fans, full-size GE washers and dryers, huge walk-in closets and nine-foot ceilings.
