The fee guide’s own estimates for variable items were electric about $70.76, water/sewer about $48.33, hauling about $14.00 and renters liability insurance about $18.75 a month; treat these as the property’s estimates, not quotes. The property FAQ says renters insurance is required and that one registered vehicle per leaseholder parks at no cost.

Community: a resort-style pool with an outdoor kitchen, a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse with a co-working lounge and conference rooms, a shaded courtyard with picnic tables, a fenced dog park and pet wash station, EV charging, garages and carports, event spaces, and Golden Hour, an on-site coffee and wine bar.
Apartment: quartz countertops, modern cabinetry with custom backsplash, energy-efficient appliances, wood-style flooring, high ceilings, high-speed internet pre-installed (priced in the fees above), and a patio or balcony in some homes. Personal fenced yards are listed in select homes.
