Ten Oaks does not publish rents on its website. All eleven floor plans on its floor plans page said “Call for pricing” on Oct 3, 2026, and I did not find an availability list, a fee page or a pet policy on the pages I could read.

Community: a two-tiered resort-style pool with a waterfall, a 24-hour fitness center with a personal cardio theatre, a clubhouse with a full professional kitchen, Wi-Fi at the clubhouse, a cyber cafe, a resident business center with Mac computers, a gaming lounge, a billiards parlor with a plasma TV, an outdoor grilling area with multiple grills, a smoker, an outdoor fireplace and a lounge area, a dog park, limited-access gates and carports.
Apartment: granite slab countertops, natural wood espresso cabinetry (42 inches), a GE black appliance package with an over-range microwave, side-by-side refrigerators in 2- and 3-bedroom homes, a double stainless steel sink with a gooseneck faucet, a pantry, a full-size GE washer and dryer in every home, ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath, a Roman soaking tub in the primary bath, brushed nickel fixtures, 9-foot ceilings on the first and second floors, vaulted ceilings on the third floor, crown molding, built-in computer nooks, walk-in closets and private or semi-private terraces. Island kitchens and stand-up showers are in select homes.
