How much does The Uptown cost? (checked Oct 2, 2026)

The Uptown’s floor plans page uses “all-in pricing,” described as one total price with parking and animals added on top. On Oct 2, 2026, seven plans had homes available. The lowest all-in price was $1,808 for a one-bedroom (Lofts A1, 593 sq ft; base rent from $1,730) and $3,223 for the only two-bedroom with availability (Flats B4, 1,305 sq ft; base rent from $3,145). Every available plan showed an all-in price $78 above base rent; the site does not itemize that amount. The other 20 plans showed “Limited Availability” with a waitlist. Pricing changes often, so confirm on the live floor plans page before you tour.

Special: the site’s special-offer popup says “Must move in by May 31th, 2025,” which has passed, and no current offer was shown. Ask the office whether any offer applies today.

This post’s earlier version listed a 299-unit building with one- to three-bedroom homes and rents of $2,425 to $5,855. I could not verify those figures on the property website, so I removed them.
