Of 12 Dallas-Fort Worth buildings checked on Oct 2, 2026, every one names a grill, grilling station or outdoor kitchen on its own site. Jefferson North Ranch lists “large BBQ grills and outdoor kitchens,” and Hanover Turtle Creek lists an outdoor kitchen. None of the pages say how grills are shared.
