Amenities and features
Community: a newly renovated courtyard pool with cabanas, a rooftop grill station, a 24-hour fitness center with an outdoor gym, a business center with a conference room, on-site retail, bike storage, four shared EV charging stations, and garage parking for a monthly fee. Guests check in through the ButterflyMX entry system. The community is ENERGY STAR and Fitwel certified, smoke-free, and has smart thermostats and recycling.
Inside: ten-foot ceilings, scored concrete floors, quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, walk-in closets, solar shades, and Wi-Fi thermostats. Select homes also have built-in wine refrigerators or sunrooms. (Amenities and features are taken from AMLI’s website as of Sep 30, 2026.)

Positive reviewers mention the location near ACL Live, Congress Avenue, and the trail, large floor plans, quick maintenance on individual requests, and a pool that rarely feels crowded. Critical reviewers mention fire alarms, elevators being out of service, no on-site leasing office (the office is now three blocks away at AMLI on 2nd), packages left outside and stolen, hard-to-reach management, and noise on the side facing nearby bars. One reviewer notes short-term rentals in the building, and another noted a change in guest parking validation, so ask about current guest parking rules when you tour.
