The page does not say what moves a home above its starting price, so treat these as estimates.

Inside: a choice of gray or white interior design, shaker-style cabinetry, granite countertops, tile backsplash, pendant and recessed kitchen lighting, stainless-steel appliances, wood-style plank flooring, a soaking tub or walk-in shower, 9-foot ceilings with ceiling fans, walk-in closets, a full-size washer and dryer, and a patio, balcony or private fenced yard.
