By Alexander Concepcion, Taco Street Locating. Checked Oct 2, 2026 against each property’s own website (linked in the table).
Six Houston communities list EV charging on their own websites as of Oct 2, 2026: Brava (19 stations), Broadstone EaDo, Grey House at River Oaks, The Anderson at River Oaks, Rye Heights and Hanover Buffalo Bayou. None of the pages I read publish a charger type or a charging price, and The Ivy’s FAQ says it has no chargers.
Which Houston apartments list EV charging? (checked Oct 2, 2026)
| Community | Address | EV charging, as the property words it | Parking, as listed | Rent shown on the site |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Brava (FAQ) | 414 Milam St, Houston, TX 77002 | “We offer 19 EV charging stations”; the FAQ also lists reserved EV parking for an additional monthly fee (amount not given) | Garage parking with complimentary valet; unassigned parking, plus assigned reserved parking for an additional monthly fee | Not captured: the site’s floor-plan page loads its prices dynamically and showed none to me |
| Broadstone EaDo (FAQ) | 2425 Bell St, Houston, TX 77003 | “EV charging stations are available on-site for resident use”; availability is first-come, so check with the leasing office | 8-level gated parking garage, covered | Total monthly prices from $1,308.75 (studio, 448 sq ft) |
| Grey House at River Oaks (FAQ) | 4444 Westheimer Rd, Suite A190, Houston, TX 77027 | “Electric vehicle charging stations are available” (FAQ and amenities list) | Parking for residents on site; guest parking streetside | Total monthly prices from $2,086.73 (one-bedroom, 850 sq ft) |
| The Anderson at River Oaks (amenities) | 2724 Kipling St, Houston, TX 77098 | “Electric Vehicle Charging Stations” on the amenity list | Controlled-access gates and entry; no parking detail on the page I read | Total monthly prices from $1,581.25 (studio, 518 sq ft) |
| Rye Heights (amenities) | 1111 W 23rd St, Houston, TX 77008 | “Electric Vehicle charging stations” on the amenity list | Controlled-access garage parking | Total monthly prices from $1,702 (studio, 431 sq ft) |
| Hanover Buffalo Bayou (amenities) | 707 Marston St, Houston, TX 77019 | “EV charging stations available” on the amenity list | Not stated on the pages I read | Starting-from rent of $2,779 (one-bedroom, 829 sq ft), the site’s average after specials |
| The Ivy (FAQ) | 2311 Mid Ln, Houston, TX 77027 | FAQ: “The Ivy does not currently offer electric vehicle charging stations” | Private garages and reserved parking; the FAQ says parking is included in the monthly rent | Not compared here, since the building has no chargers |
These are the buildings whose own sites say they have chargers. Other Houston communities may have them too and simply not list them, so a missing row is not proof of no chargers. No property I read says whether its chargers are Level 2 or DC fast charging, how many are in the garage (other than Brava’s 19), or what it costs to charge. Broadstone EaDo’s FAQ says availability is first-come, and Brava lists reserved EV parking as a paid add-on, so “has chargers” and “has a charger for you” are different questions.

What should I ask before I count on a building’s chargers?
Ask the leasing office five things in writing: how many chargers are in the garage, whether they are Level 2 or DC fast, whether a parking space can be reserved next to one, what the charging costs and who bills it, and whether your own home charger can be installed. Also ask whether the chargers are reachable from your assigned space, since several of these buildings have multi-level garages.
Frequently asked questions
Which Houston apartments have EV charging stations?
As of Oct 2, 2026, Brava, Broadstone EaDo, Grey House at River Oaks, The Anderson at River Oaks, Rye Heights and Hanover Buffalo Bayou list EV charging on their own sites. The Ivy’s FAQ says it does not offer it.
How many EV chargers does a Houston apartment building have?
Only Brava gave a number on the pages I read: 19 stations. The other buildings list charging stations without a count, so ask the leasing office.
Is EV charging free at these apartments?
None of the pages I read say. They do not publish a per-hour or per-kWh price, so ask whether charging is free, billed through an app, or added to your account.
Can I reserve an EV parking space?
Brava’s FAQ lists reserved EV parking for an additional monthly fee but gives no amount. Broadstone EaDo’s FAQ says charger availability is first-come. Ask each office how it handles busy times.
Are the chargers Level 2 or fast chargers?
The sites I read do not say. Ask for the charger type and the connector before you lease if you drive a particular vehicle.
Does Taco Street Locating charge for helping me find a building with EV charging?
No. The service is free for renters. Apartment communities pay us, so it does not change your lease or your specials. I’m Alexander Concepcion, and I’ll be your point of contact.
