How much does The Ivy cost? (checked Oct 2, 2026)
The Ivy’s floor plans page lists base rent for most plans and says the price shown does not include non-optional fees and utilities. On Oct 2, 2026, base rent started at $1,619 for the 550 sq ft S1 studio, $2,099 for the 784 sq ft A1 one-bedroom, $2,866 for the 1,135 sq ft B1 two-bedroom and $5,762 for the 2,026 sq ft C1 three-bedroom. The listed range across the whole site was $1,600 to $6,000. Plans marked “Contact Us” (the A3 one-bedroom, B3 two-bedroom, both townhomes and all six penthouses) had no price posted, so ask the office for those. The FAQ says rates vary by floor plan, floor level and availability, and the site notes that deposits vary.
Special: the site banner reads “Ask us how to get up to 6 weeks free! Limited time, apply today” with the note “Restrictions apply/select apartments/subject to change.” It does not say which apartments or lease terms qualify, so ask the office how the offer applies to the home and move-in date you want.
