By Alexander Concepcion, Taco Street Locating. Checked Oct 2, 2026 against each property’s own website (linked in the table).
Of 12 Houston buildings checked on Oct 2, 2026, eight name a garage, and only two print a parking price. Citadel Houston lists a $50.00 monthly reserved parking fee, and Metro Midtown lists a $30.00 monthly parking fee. Brava and Broadstone EaDo point to a cost guide or the leasing office for rates.
What parking do Houston apartments list? (checked Oct 2, 2026)
| Community | Parking, as the property words it | Parking price or where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Brava (FAQ) | “Complimentary valet” | “Parking availability and monthly rates are detailed in the Community Cost Guide on the Floor Plans page” |
| Broadstone EaDo (FAQ) | “8-level gated parking garage on-site” | “Contact the leasing office for current parking rates” |
| Citadel Houston (site) | “Multi-level, controlled-access parking garage with convenient guest parking and reserved spaces available” | “Reserved Parking Fee: $50.00 Monthly per parking space” (listed as optional) |
| Metro Midtown (site) | “Parking Garage” | “Parking Fee: $30.00 Monthly” for “Reserved Parking, Per Month, Per Space” (listed as optional) |
| The Ivy (Park Place) (FAQ) | “private garages, and reserved parking is also available for residents” | Not stated on the page I read |
| Rye Heights (amenities) | “Controlled access garage parking” | Not stated on the page I read |
| 1810 Main (amenities) | “Multi-Level Controlled Access Entry Parking Garage” | Not stated on the page I read |
| City View Lofts (amenities) | “Two-Level Parking Garage” | Not stated on the page I read |
| Hadley Midtown (amenities) | “ample parking in our five-story garage” | Not stated on the page I read |
| Camden Travis Street (site) | “covered and direct access parking with elevators” | Not stated on the page I read |
| Camden McGowen Station (site) | Townhome plans: “Each includes two reserved parking spaces” | Not stated on the page I read |
| Grey House at River Oaks (FAQ) | “Parking is available for residents onsite with guest parking available streetside” | Not stated on the page I read |
Only two of these twelve pages print a parking price, and both are optional add-ons. “Not stated” means the page I read did not say, not that parking is free. The wording also differs on what you get: a garage, a reserved space, valet and street guest parking are different things, and Camden McGowen Station’s two reserved spaces apply to its townhome plans. Ask for the parking price in writing before you sign.

What should I ask about parking before I sign?
Ask whether a space is included or an add-on, whether reserved and unreserved spaces cost different amounts, how guest parking works, and whether there is a waitlist for garage spaces. Citadel Houston and Metro Midtown print optional monthly parking fees, and Broadstone EaDo says availability and rates come from the leasing office. Add the parking line to your other costs in Houston apartment move-in costs.
